Shop at Tip is a marketplace for third-party vendors to sell their niche product in one place. When a vendor is approved to provide the goods and Service at our market place, we display their products to sell them on our platform.
As we care for the customer's satisfaction first, if you have received a product which is damaged. Please read the Terms and condition on our website. Apart from that, read the Return Policy, which is within 5 Days, and act accordingly.
We usually take 2- 3 Days in delivering the product to your doorstep. As soon as we receive the order, we take the right set of activities to be delivered to the final customer.
The order can only be changed in the condition if we have delivered it wrong but not, at the time when the customers preference has changed. Similarly, with regards to cancelling once the order is placed, it cannot be revoked.
