Return Policy 

Shop At Tip takes good care of its customers and we try to facilitate our customers in every manner possible. As such, we have developed a Return Policy for the ease of our customers. The points for the Return Policy are as follows

  • You have to file a request for return within 5 days of the product delivery, if the product is found to be damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
  • We can accept a ‘Change of Mind’ for categories such as Men’s and Women’s Fashion, Men’s and Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding and Bath. Exceptions within these categories include duffel bags, jewelry, watches, eyewear, swimwear, men’s innerwear, intimate apparel and shoe-care. 
  • For device related issues that occur after the expiration of the return window or after usage of the product, you can utilize the seller warranty or brand warranty. Sellers tend to give the seller warranties and their details are available on the invoice. For brand warranty, you can check the Brand Contact List.
What are the Valid Reasons to Return on Item?
  • The product delivered to you is defective (dead on arrival) or physically damaged or broken.
  • The product delivered to you does not match the description on the website or does not have all the parts as stated on the website. 
  • The product delivered to you is ‘no longer needed by you’. You had a change of mind and do not require the product or the product does not meet your requirements or preferences after opening. This point is only valid on selected categories.
